One of the best three piece carving sets available today, made to a time-honoured specification. The knife has a 9 inch stainless steel balde. The fork has a spring guard set in the handle for added safety. The steel comes from one of Europe's foremost specialist steel makers. Silver plated ferrules and a nickel silver cap lend supreme elegance to the matched stag horn handles. Now supplied in a lovely wooden case with a flock lining and satin lined inside lid. All components of the carving set are made in Sheffield as is the wooden case.
